Using DocuSwift responsibly

1. License to Use

  • •We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for creating and managing documents.
  • •You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Product without our prior written consent.
  • •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

2. User Content

  • •You are solely responsible for the content you generate using the Product.
  • •You represent that you own or have permissions to use and publish the User Content.
  • •Using the Product grants us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and display User Content to provide and improve the Product.

3. Intellectual Property

  • •The Product (design, features, functionality) is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • •You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Product or any part thereof.
  • •Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without prior written consent.

4. Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Product, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

5. Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Refund Policy:

DocuSwift does not offer refunds. All payments for subscriptions, services, or features are final and non-refundable.

5.2 Return Policy:

As a SaaS product, returns are not applicable.

5.3 Cancellation Policy:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term.
  • Access continues until the subscription expires.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • •The Product is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties or conditions.
  • •We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Product.
  • •We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.

7. Termination

  • •We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
  • •Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.

8. Modifications

  • •We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
  • •Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

10. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Product and supersede prior agreements.
